SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please Note: *Sale items, closeouts/clearance and promotional offers do not qualify for any additional discounts ie: newsletter sign-up or birthday coupons.  Some coupons may not be combined.  Free Shipping promotions may not be combined with discounted, sale or promotional offers or closeout items.  Some manufacturers do no allow additional discounts. 

  • Same day shipping on most in-stock items received by 12:00 noon (central time)
  • Orders placed during weekends or official US holidays will be shipped the first following business day.
  • All orders are processed with our Priority Service.  Expected delivery is between 1-5 business days depending on carrier provider. 
  • Expedited or Special Services available, please contact us for a quote before purchase (ie: 2-Day, Next Day, Express)
  • Drop-Ship: Includes items shipped directly from the manufacturer to your doorstep, barn or horse show facility. All drop-ships will incur an additional $7.00 drop-ship fee (please email us for drop-ship orders before completing your purchase)
  • Special-Order: Special orders or Pre-Pay orders are welcome, please contact us for a quote.  These items typically ship within 5-7 business days from ordering. If it appears shipping will take longer based on the manufacturer, you will be notified via email.
  • Please do not count weekends and holidays as transit days
  • We ship to the United States via USPS, UPS or Fedex at our discretion (International shipping is not available at this time)
  • Sometimes we are temporarily sold out of items due to manufacturer shortages or shipping delays. We do expect to have your item back in stock as soon as it’s available.  You may have the option to make your purchase purchase on backorder. In these instances your item will ship when the manufacturer has made it available to us again. If you have multiple items on your order, we will ship the in-stock items promptly. 

RETURNS

• Manufacturer warranties vary and we are happy to assess your item if you feel there is a manufacturing issue or defect.    

For biosecurity and safety: tack that has been oiled, conditioned or ridden in is not eligible for return or exchange – bits are not eligible for return or exchange – supplements are not eligible for return or exchange. 

• Special Order or Custom Made items are final sale and may not be returned. 

• New, unopened, unused, non-edible items may be returned within 15-days of purchase (buyer pays return shipping and 10% restocking fee). Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Items returned damaged, with dirt or having any wear on them will not be accepted for return. Once your return has been approved, we will issue the appropriate refund, via the method of payment, within 7-business days.

    • Exchanges for currently stocked size/color will not incur a restocking fee (buyer pays back/forth shipping)

         • Please email us for a Return Authorization Number before you send an item back

Deep discount and closeout items are ‘final sale – no returns’
