RETURNS
• Manufacturer warranties vary and we are happy to help assess your item if you feel there is a manufacturing issue or defect.
•Biosecurity and Safety: tack that has been oiled, conditioned or ridden in is not eligible for return or exchange – due to the highly contagious nature of diseases such as EHV 1, bits & bit accessories are not eligible for return or exchange – supplements are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Special Order or Custom Made items are final sale and may not be returned.
• New, unopened, unused, non-edible items may be returned within 30-days of purchase (buyer pays return shipping and 15% restocking fee). Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Items that have been damaged, have dirt or hair on them, missing original tags/packaging or having any wear on them will not be accepted for return. Once your return has been approved, we will issue the appropriate refund, via the method of payment, within 7-business days.
• Exchanges for currently stocked size/color will not incur a restocking fee (buyer pays back/forth shipping)
• Please email us for a Return Authorization before you send any items back.
