The Three Ring Roller Dutch Gag Bit is are made from a technologically advanced blue sweet iron. Blue sweet iron oxidizes faster and will rust when in contact with air or humidity. This surface rust tastes sweet and naturally stimulates additional saliva production and bit acceptance. Smooth polished Brass Roller Discs provide an additional comfort to certain horses by giving them something to play with, keeping their mouth quieter and more receptive to the rider’s aids. Brass warms to the mouth quickly encouraging acceptance as well. The gag cheeks offer leverage and lateral stability. We offer several different cheek styles with this mouth piece.
